The National Employment Law Council was formed because there was a need for an organization to facilitate the enrichment of the minority bar in the practice of representing management in labor and employment issues. Currently, the National Employment Law Council, comprised of over 500 members nationwide, manages and presents one annual national conference. The SPI Group redesigned the original Web site to include several new features for members to take advantage of including member's profiles and search section.
